Amit Sethi

Amit Sethi is a senior security consultant at Cigital, Inc. and has more than four years of experience in cryptography and ten years of software development experience in both commercial and research environments.

Mr. Sethi has analyzed and implemented cryptographic algorithms, performed reverse engineering, and performed threat analyses at code and architectural levels. He has experience in developing software in several languages, including C and Java.  He has also studied Digital Rights Management systems. Prior to joining Cigital, Mr. Sethi served as an intern for the Secure Systems department at Pitney Bowes, where he performed side-channel analysis of cryptographic devices and implemented cryptographic primitives for embedded systems. Mr. Sethi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Victoria and a Master of Mathematics in Cryptography from the University of Waterloo.
